Mark Levin
Founder
Mark Levin is the founder and principal of Hirshmark Capital LLC. Mr. Levin, along with Hirshmark’s team of professionals, is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including strategic growth of Hirshmark’s platform through acquisitions, repositioning, management, and effectively navigating each of the company’s assets. Prior to establishing Hirshmark, Mr. Levin was a principal in the acquisition and disposition of over 80 unique commercial properties in the New York market. During this time period, he was heavily involved in all aspects of real estate ownership, including renovation, development, financing and property management.
In 2014, Mr. Levin led the firm’s transition from acquiring non-performing loans to originating short-term bridge loans. Under Mr. Levin’s leadership, Hirshmark has originated more than $1 billion in debt transactions, mostly in New York City. As the firm continues to grow, Mr. Levin is focused on targeting an expanded geography to include the tri-state area, Florida, Texas and other states with a robust real estate market.
Mr. Levin earned his Juris Doctorate, graduating magna cum laude from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchberg Law Center in 2008. In 2005, Mr. Levin received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University. Mr. Levin is a member of the New York State Bar.
