Park Slope Mixed-Use

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $3,900,000 acquisition and renovation loan secured by a mixed-use property in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is a 6,500 square foot building containing four residential units and one commercial unit. The borrower needed capital to close on a TOE purchase and future funding for the gut renovation of the building.
