Igor Vaysberg
Managing Partner
Igor Vaysberg serves as Managing Partner at Hirshmark. Mr. Vaysberg is responsible for the management of day-to-day business activities and oversees all transactions and operations, including asset management, legal affairs, investor relations and business development. Mr. Vaysberg has a strong background in real estate law. He previously owned and managed a successful law firm that covered all aspects of real estate law. Mr. Vaysberg represented individuals, as well as major developers, in various transactions, from drafting and negotiating agreements to litigating disputes.
Mr. Vaysberg has significant experience in the public sector. He served as an Administrative Law Judge at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings where he conducted hundreds of hearings and drafted decisions in matters involving alleged violations of NYC laws and regulations. Mr. Vaysberg also served as Counsel to a NYC Council Member. His responsibilities included advising the Council Member on public policy issues, prospective legislation, land use, zoning, and the NYC budget. Mr. Vaysberg has been recognized by New York City Mayor Eric Adams, US Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, NYS Senator Diane Savino, NYS Assembly Members William Colton and Alec Brook-Krasny and NYC Council Member Mark Treyger for his dedication to the City of New York.
Mr. Vaysberg earned his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Touro Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Baruch College. He is licensed to practice law in New York State.
