The collateral consists of two buildings in the Astoria neighborhood: an office and multifamily building totaling 30,000 square feet, with 17 residential units, 5 office units, and a parking garage. The other property is a 10,000 square foot industrial building in College Point. The Borrower needed capital to refinance a maturing loan.
