Abraham Goldman
General Counsel
Abraham Goldman serves as General Counsel at Hirshmark. Mr. Goldman is responsible for overseeing the firm’s legal matters across originations and portfolio management, including loan documentation, transaction execution support, and coordination with outside counsel.
Prior to joining Hirshmark, Mr. Goldman gained experience in the public sector through a judicial internship with a New York State Supreme Court judge, where he supported courtroom and chambers work and developed a strong foundation in legal research and analysis.
Mr. Goldman earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Touro University. Mr. Goldman is a member of the New York State Bar.
