Hamptons Retail Package

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $4,500,000 acquisition loan secured three retail buildings throughout the Hamptons on Long Island. The three buildings total 8,000 square feet and contain ten commercial units. Hirshmark Capital provided nearly 100% of the purchase price for one of the buildings, with the other two properties serving as additional collateral.
