Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $5,450,000 bridge loan secured by two mixed-use buildings; one in the Lower East Side of Manhattan and one in Sunset Park, Brooklyn and a development site in the Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The buildings total 24,000 SF and contain 24 residential units and 6 commercial units. The development site has 18,000 BSF and is a block from the Greenpoint waterfront. The borrower needed the capital to refinance a maturing loan.
