Prospect Park South Retail

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $3,000,000 acquisition loan secured by two retail buildings in Brooklyn. The Borrower purchased a 5,000 square foot retail building in the Prospect Park South neighborhood of Brooklyn and Hirshmark provided 100% financing. The Borrower provided an additional retail building as collateral in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, which was unencumbered. The Borrower needed capital to close on a TOE purchase.
