Prospect Heights Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,425,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building and carriage house in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. The mixed-use building is roughly 3,000 SF with a store and two apartments and the carriage house is roughly 1,500 SF. The borrower needed capital for other business purposes. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
