Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $6,500,000 bridge loan secured by a retail strip/development site in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property has 115 feet of frontage along the avenue with a total of 55,000 as of right buildable SF. The borrower needed capital for pre-development costs. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
