Sunnyside Industrial – Bridge Loan
Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,900,000 bridge loan secured by an industrial building in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Queens. The subject property is 10,000 SF and is partially owner occupied and rented out to two tenants. The Borrower needed capital to cash out against the subject property for other business purposes. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
