Flushing Multifamily – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,350,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily building in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens. The subject property is a 4-story, 12,500 SF brick building, with 20 units. The property is just blocks away from the Main Street 7 train in Flushing. The borrower needed capital to payoff a matured loan and other liens on the property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
