The subject property is roughly 6,500 SF and contains a store and 3 apartments. The building is on a major retail thoroughfare with the subway letting out on the block. The borrower needed capital to refinance and cash out enough to renovate the residential portion of the building. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
