Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,500,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Upper West Side neighborhood of Manhattan. The building is 10,000 SF and comprised of one retail unit and nine residential units. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan and renovate the building.
