Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity and in partnership with Black Mountain Capital, is proud to announce the funding of a $12,700,000 bridge loan at 7.25% secured by a mixed-use building in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. The subject property is roughly 12,000 SF. The loan is also collateralized by an investment property in the Hamptons. The borrower needed capital to renovate the subject property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
