Prospect Heights Retail – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $750,000 bridge/acquisition loan secured by a retail building/development site in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is 2 blocks from Barclays Center, right off of a major retail thoroughfare. The borrower entered into a contract of sale pre COVID and when his existing lender backed out of the deal, Hirshmark was able to close within 10 days of a signed term sheet.  This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
