Prospect Heights and Bed-Stuy Multifamily – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of two unrelated bridge loans totaling $1,000,000. The debt is collateralized by a 5-unit brownstone in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood and an 8-unit multifamily building in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject properties total 12,500 SF. Each borrower needed capital for other business purposes. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
