Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $6,100,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in downtown Manhattan. The subject property is roughly 14,000 SF 4 commercial units and 4 apartments. The borrower needed capital for other business purposes and to renovate the building. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
