Harlem Condo Inventory – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $3,350,000 bridge loan secured by sponsor retained condos in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. The loan is secured by 4 investment condos, which total over 12,000 SF; 2 residential units and 2 commercial units, one of which is currently vacant. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
