Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $4,500,000 bridge loan secured a retail condo in the Financial District of Manhattan and an investment home in Quogue, NY. The retail condo is almost 10,000 SF and currently occupied and the investment home is 5,000 SF. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
