Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $900,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is roughly 8,000 SF with 6 residential units and 1 store. The borrower needed capital to refinance and cash out for the purposes of obtaining a final Certificate of Occupancy. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
