Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,800,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily property in the East Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is a 20,000 SF, 4-story building, with 19 apartments. The borrower needed capital to purchase the subject property.
