Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $11,500,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily building in downtown Brooklyn. The subject property is a 5-story, 30,000 SF, elevator building. The borrower needed capital to finish construction and for other business purposes. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
