Chinatown Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $3,850,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manhattan The subject property is a 8,250 SF building with six residential units and a commercial space. The borrower needed capital to refinance the subject property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
