The subject property is a 5,200 SF, 5-story, brick building. It is located just a few blocks from two major subway lines and a block from Central Park. The borrower needed capital to finance the gut renovation of the SRO to multifamily conversion. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
