Brooklyn Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,300,000 bridge loan secured by two mixed-use buildings in the Bedford Stuyvesant and Flatbush neighborhoods of Brooklyn. The properties total roughly 9,000 SF with 4 commercial and 5 residential units. The borrower needed capital for other business purposes. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
