Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $800,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily building in Sunset Park and a mixed-use building in Bed-Stuy. The subject properties total over 8,000 SF with 2 commercial units and 8 apartments. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
