Luis Nares

Luis Nares is the Associate Director of Investor Relations at Hirshmark. He is responsible for raising capital for both the Fund and independent deals, as well as managing relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Prior to joining Hirshmark, Mr. Nares served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Civitas Capital, where he built relationships with investors, agents, and consultants across the U.S. and Latin America to raise capital for real estate private credit and private equity funds. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Asset Manager overseeing multifamily, office, and mixed-use assets valued at more than $300 million.

Mr. Nares began his career as a Global Strategy Consultant at KPMG and later as an Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he collaborated with investment managers holding equity derivative positions.

Mr. Nares earned his MBA from Cornell University, his Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina.
