Sellers of CRE debt want a quick, decisive and well-capitalized buyer that will perform. While others constantly find excuses as to why they need more time to close or need a lower price, we show time and time again that we can close on a purchase of debt in a matter of days or weeks.
- We will purchase CRE debt as small as $50,000, to packages as large as $50,000,000. We are most aggressive in purchasing loans ranging from $600,000 to $10,000,000.
- We will purchase performing, sub-performing and non-performing commercial real estate debt.
